Star Watcher, Battle of the Stars

Hello and welcome to the interest page! My name is DragonWriter and I will be telling you about a role play idea I have tonight! Okay!

Plot

Long ago the stars in of the universe were made through mysterious means. For many years they were carefully watched over by a being named the Star Warden until the a mysterious being named Deep Space approached the Star Warden and told him he would eliminate all the universe's stars and absorb their energy. The Star Warden did not like what he heard and fought Deep Space, injuring himself in the process, but he escaped to the Milky Way Galaxy and set up a hidden base behind the sun. From there he watched as Deep Space destroyed hundreds of stars while following the Star Warden to his location.

The Star Warden, after studying the sun, found that it had a great amount of energy. If Deep Space destroyed this star and took it's energy there would be no hope for the universe. To prevent this the Star Warden used what was left of his energy and made devices to counteract Deep Space in hopes that he would be able to use the human race to stop Deep Space. He then sent them to Earth in hopes that humans would come forth and find them in the modern era.

Deep Space knew what the Star Warden was doing and therefore decided to go to war against him. He set up a base on the far side of the moon and has waited for many years to see if the Star Warden has done anything. In the meantime, he tried to take the Sun's energy by force, but found that the Star Warden has put a barrier around the sun. Yet, although this has occurred, Deep Space has promised this will not deter him in his desire to eliminate and absorb the stars of the universe. The reason behind this being all but a mystery.

Character Sheet and Terminology

This is where I will have the role play's character sheet for now. I will say this only once, "If you do not follow the character sheet I will not allow your character into the role play."

Please fill out the top of the regular Role Play Gateway character sheet with your avatar's name, an in character quote, and a good avatar picture. If these are missing I will definitely deny your character. A character avatar picture is a must.

For the rest of the sheet make sure that everything is well spaced out and proofread.

Put this under the Description Section:

Name: What is your character's name? Please make it suitable.

Age: How old is your character? Please do not make your character look one age, but biologically say they are another. Those kinds of things will be limited to certain characters such as Deep Space and the Star Warden since they are an unknown race of beings that were around at the beginning of the universe.

Gender: This is rather easy to fill, but please play the gender you actually are in real life.

Race: Human, Star Child, Ancient

Humans- These are regular people with no powers whatsoever. They have the potential to use Solar Measures to save the planet.

Star Children- These are stars that have been reborn as humans. They are naturally inclined to being good and have a decent amount of Solar in their bodies and this increases as they do more and more good deeds. Deep Space usually attacks them or their actual star form in the night sky in order to take away their energy for his own mysterious means.

Ancients- These are people who were around at the beginning of the universe. Currently, there are only two known Ancients, Deep Space and Star Warden. Star Warden can use the powers of light to create stars and do many other things related to protecting the stars whereas Deep Space takes the energy of stars and can turn them into supernovas or black holes. What he does with this energy when he does not use it in this manner is unknown, but it must certainly be evil.

Appearance: I want a trustworthy link and/or an appearance description.

Put these under the Personality Section:

Likes: What do they like?

Dislikes: What do they dislike?

Hobbies: What do they like to do?

Goals: What do they intend to do with their lives?

Put these under the Equipment Section:

Solar Measure: This is a device that is used to activate the powers of a Star Watcher. It looks like an ordinary watch of a person's respective color.

Make sure to:

You will be required to research this a little to make up powers and understand your star.

Make an Appropriate Ability for It

Base this off your star's natural abilities. Make the number of abilities you have limited at the start and increase them over time, but not too quickly. A good number of abilities to start off with are one or two.

Some basic abilities you can have along with these extra one or two made abilities are:

Solar Wind- The ability to travel instantaneously from anywhere on Earth to Star Warden's Secret Base.

Star Factor- When in danger the other abilities you have on your character will become stronger temporarily.

Sun Spot- The ability to feel innate Solar around you.

Please do not abuse these powers.

Base the color of your Solar Measure off your Star Type

Not as important, but I do not want two people with the same color watch walking around.
    Choose your Solar System Ranking

The Solar System Ranking lets you know and others how strong your character is. The system ranks from 0-5. The rank of 0 indicates you have no power to use abilities provided by your Solar Measure while the Rank of 5 indicates you are really strong. No one will have a rank of 5, not even the Star Warden or Deep Space. The reason is that such a rank allows one to make stars. Deep Space does not have that ability, but something else entirely while the Star Warden is too weak to make such things happen. All characters will start of at Rank 0 and gain their powers in their own way, but not instantaneously.

Put this under the History Section:

Background: How have they lived up to this point, where will they get their powers from, and who are their friends, family, and pets. Please make this short and simple, do not make the characters angst ridden or psycho, and do not make them an Ancient or someone already with their powers.

All other rules by Role Play Gateway apply to this role play.
